Job Scope
Responsibilities:
Marketing Campaign Planning and Execution: Develop and execute marketing campaigns for
our health food products across various channels (social media, e-commerce platforms, offline
promotions, etc.) to increase brand visibility and product sales.
Product Promotion and Market Expansion: Plan and execute product-specific promotions,
ensuring maximum exposure and aligning campaigns with market demand and consumer
preferences.
Data Analysis and Performance Evaluation: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing
campaigns, including metrics like traffic, conversion rates, and customer feedback, providing
regular reports with actionable insights for optimization.
Content Creation and Creative Asset Management: Collaborate with design teams to ensure
that all marketing materials (ads, social media posts, product descriptions, etc.) align with brand
guidelines and are tailored to meet customer needs.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Develop strategies for retaining existing
customers and encouraging repeat purchases through email marketing, SMS, and social media
engagement.
External Partnerships and Vendor Management: Coordinate with media agencies, influencers,
and other partners to drive cross-channel promotions. Manage external vendors (such as
logistics, media buying agencies, etc.) for campaign execution.
Market Trend Insights: Conduct regular market research and competitive analysis to stay on top
of trends in the health food and wellness industry. Adapt marketing strategies based on market
shifts and consumer behaviors.
Food Certification Management: Manage and ensure the compliance of all relevant
certifications for our products, including Halal certification, BKKM approval, NPRA registration,
and other required food safety or regulatory certifications. Ensure that all food-related products
meet the required standards and regulations for local and international markets.
Social Media and E-Commerce Platform Management: Oversee the daily management of the
company's social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.), developing content
calendars, marketing strategies, and engaging with the audience. Manage e-commerce
platforms (such as Shopee, Lazada, etc.) and ensure optimal product listings, campaigns, and
promotion
Qualifications & Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Prior experience in food industry marketing or marketing in health products is a plus.
- Experience in regulatory compliance related to food certifications, such as Halal certification, BKKM approval, NPRA registration, etc., would be highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (additional languages like Mandarin are a plus).
- Experience in managing certifications (such as Halal, BKKM, NPRA, or ISO certifications).
- Familiarity with market research and competitive analysis.
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
