Job Description
Job Scope
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop all printed marketing materials and POSM, such as advertisements, leaflets, buntings, posters, gondolas, wobblers, mailers, etc.
- Assist in product packaging design, including editing, proofreading, and coordinating with printing vendors.
- Create innovative web and digital graphics, such as motion graphics, GIFs, animations, and videos, for various digital platforms including websites, social media, and digital screens.
- Design and draw roadshow floor plans, and coordinate with suppliers/contractors for implementation.
- Plan, organize, and shoot lifestyle product photos for use across digital platforms.
- Assist in the creation of product TV commercial concepts and participate in the shooting process.
- Support event setups and TV shopping live show preparations.
- Provide design support for internal activities or company events as needed.
- Create and design animated elements for digital marketing materials (e.g., banners, ads, social media posts).
- Assist with animating web content and digital graphics for websites and e-commerce platforms.
- Oversee the development, modification, and management of the company website to ensure smooth operation.
- Plan, arrange, and shoot lifestyle product photos for digital platforms.
- Assist in the creation and shooting of product TV commercials.
- Assist with event setups and TV shopping live show preparations.
- Provide design support for internal activities and company events from time to time.
- Assist with any ad hoc tasks or assignments as required.
Qualifications & Experience Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Arts, Animation, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in related industries.
- Familiarity with animation software (e.g., After Effects, Adobe Animate, etc.) is a plus.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of digital photography, photo retouching, video editing, and motion graphics.
- Strong conceptual and creative skills with an eye for detail and a passion for design.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines, while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box.
