Job Description
Job Scope
- Raise Purchase order (PO) to suppliers accurately
- Follow up on all open status of PO accordingly and inform sales team on any potential delays
- Follow up the shipment status, and liaise with freight agents as required
- Update sales team for all order status
- Follow up the status of goods until it reaches Epic Ingredients warehouse
- Inform the list of incoming material to warehouse team for their further planning
- Record & file all shipping documents accordingly
- Follow up and report to supplier if necessary for any non-conformance incoming material
- Apply & follow up the insurance claims for damaged goods.
- Coordinate with Jakarta colleagues closely for any export shipments
- Ensuring proper record and filling of all shipment documents
- To do other logistics related duties and supporting tasks as directed by General Manager/ Director/ Admin Head
